This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to every user of the FiscalEyes platform and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violating the AUP is a material breach of the Terms.
1. You must not
- upload, generate or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful, harassing, or pornographic;
- use the Service to develop, evaluate or train any competing AI model, dataset or product;
- attempt to extract proprietary prompts, weights, embeddings, jurisdiction data or treaty datasets by scraping, automated querying, or any similar method;
- share your account, credentials, API keys or seats with anyone outside your authorised team;
- circumvent rate limits, quotas, credit allocations, or any technical control;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written authorisation;
- launch denial-of-service, flooding, injection or other abusive attacks against the Service or its providers;
- use the Service to generate or distribute advice that purports to be independent legal, tax or investment advice without proper professional review — see Section 10 of our Terms of Service;
- use the Service in connection with activities prohibited by UK, EU, UN or US sanctions;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code or proprietary models from the Service, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
2. API and automation
API access is limited to the documented endpoints, must use valid keys issued to your organisation, and may not be wrapped into a service made available to third parties without a separate written agreement.
3. Security research
We welcome responsible-disclosure reports. If you believe you have found a security issue, do not exploit or publicise it — email us at security@fiscaleyes.com. We may acknowledge and, where appropriate, reward meaningful reports.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend affected accounts, remove content, revoke API keys, and cooperate with law enforcement or regulators. Enforcement actions are at our sole discretion and without liability.
5. Reporting
Report AUP violations to abuse@fiscaleyes.com. Include URLs, account identifiers, timestamps, and as much detail as possible.
